Street Sweeper Social Club – Ghetto Blaster EP

After releasing their self-titled debut last year, Street Sweeper Social Club, featuring Tome Morello on guitar and Boots Riley on vocals, follow it up with a brief EP. “The  Ghetto Blaster  EP” continues with their revolutionary party jams featuring Morello’s signature guitar work and Boots poignant social commentary

The EP features 4 new songs, a remake of “Promenade” from their debut and two covers. The first, “Paper Planes” by M.I.A.  .  The second is a great cover of “Momma Said Knock You Out” by LL Cool J.

Much like their debut, Ghetto Blaster is a rousing mix of Hip-Hop, Rock and Funk, all with humorous yet serious social and political commentary.
